Do you accept returns?
We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item(s). The item needs to be in its original condition with swing tags and they must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within this time frame.
How do I return my item?
Ship your item(s) to our warehouse to the address listed below. Make sure to include your order number and name as a reference inside your package.

How do I exchange my item(s)?
If you would like to change your item(s) for a different colour or size, please email email@example.com what item you would like to exchange and what size or colour you would like to exchange it to so we can register your return and make sure that the desired item is in stock. Once confirmed return your unwanted item to the address above and make sure to include your order number and name as a reference and what colour or size you would like to exchange the item to inside your package.
Unfortunately at this time we are not able to offer exchanges to any orders going outside of the UK, all returns will be refunded.
Processing time for returns and exchanges
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible although it can take a little longer at busy times. It can take up to 7 days to be processed once received. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an automated email acknowledging your refund.
How long will my refund take?
Once your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, this could take up to 10 work days.
If we receive a returned item that show any signs of wear or damage and in unsellable condition, you will be offered a 20% refund or can have the item(s) shipped back to you.
